LeSheka Mayberry is a native of Dallas, Texas. She grew up in Midland Texas, and graduated High school there. She has 2 amazing sons. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (Q.M.H.P). In addition, LeSheka has a Master of Arts degree in Human Services with a specialization in Executive Leadership.
On January 15, 2015, she launched my own business, Family of Faith Service Providers, LLC. Family of Faith Service Providers, Inc is a licensed company through Texas Health and Human Services Commission. FOFSP serves those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We serve in many areas and with many outsourced vendors, to include Behavioral Support Services, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Foster Care, Community In-home services, Registered Nursing, Transportation, and Case Management. We operate a day-time Learning Center where many individuals attend and learn transferrable and teachable skills. We have 30 year Veteran teachers who implement a teaching plan that is strategic and individualized for all the students. Lastly, we operate Residential Support Group homes for those who need 24 hour care rendered by skilled Direct Support Professionals.
She is an active member of the Greater Fort Worth area Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club. She is a co-author of the #1 Best-Seller’s book, “The Success Chronicles.” In 2017 she was presented with the Emerging Impact Award by Fort Worth Black News as a new business of the DFW area. In 2021, The Greater Fort Worth Negro Business & Professional Women’s Club, Inc presented her with the Pioneer Business Award for outstanding work as a female Entrepreneur. She and FOFSP were featured in a written article by Fort Worth Black News in 2016. She was most recently featured in the “Behind Her Brand” magazine for Women’s History Month 2022. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending quality time with my family and friends.
In addition, She is a Notary Public of Texas and currently sit as a member of the American Association of Notaries. She is registered at 123Notary.com. she offers online notary services as well.
