Joan came to FOFSP in 2019. Joan has experience as a Hospice Nurse and has serve das a Nurse for over 60 years. Joan is compassionate, dedicated, and skilled. She is compassionate in her care and dedication to our individual's well being, while also possessing the skills and knowledge to provide effective healthcare.

Bennie is a recent graduate of NCHS. He
joined Family of Faith in February of 2025
after his first semester as a TCC student.
Bennie loves the game of basketball, and
has played the sport since the age of 8. He
brings that same passion in his work ethic.
He works hard, and dedicates his heart to
keeping our individuals safe through his
position as our TR Specialist. He goes even
further by ensuring our Host homes and
Group homes remain safe, secure,
comfortable, and in compliance with
HHSC State regulations..

Aricka started her journey with FOFSP almost 2 years ago as our Case Manager. In August 2024, she promoted to our Residential Support Manager. Aricka has an Associates of Art degree from Dallas College, and received her Level CM1 as a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager from Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. With this came great knowledge in the field of social services. Aricka's professional background includes Case Management, Recruiting, Lead Support, and Data Specialist. Aricka has exemplified great skills in the areas of Team leadership, effective communication, staff training/ development, and innovative techniques in her position. She has willingly accepted and adopted the strategic alignment of Family of Faith's vision and mission of serving in excellence. Aricka is passionate about helping others. In the almost 2 years, she has brought innovation, quality and ingenuity.

Dary came to FOFSP in 2019. She began her career as our Case manager, she then promoted to our Program Service Managger in 2020. Following that was her promotion to Program Director.

LaShaunda Morris joined Family of Faith Service Providers in June 2024 and serves as our dedicated Billing Coordinator. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others, she plays a key role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly and efficiently. LaShaunda is deeply committed to supporting the mission of our organization and takes pride in contributing to the care and services we provide. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her children and is a proud new grandmother, her first grandbaby has completely stolen her heart.

Delores "Lois" completed 30 plus years experience as a SPED educator with FtWorthISD. Lois has been with FOFSP for five years. Lois is faithful to the call of enhancing the lives of the individuals who attend our Impact Learning Center. She incorporates peer interaction through Group sessions. Each student learns teachable skills and transferrable skills. The Impact Center infuses education, daily living skills, cultural awareness, and community engagement into every lesson.
