Dary started her journey with FOFSP three years ago as our Program Steward. Dary has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and brings great knowledge in the field of social services. Dary's professional background includes Clinical Monitoring and Case Management. Dary has exemplified great skills in the areas of Team leadership, effective communication, staff training/ development, and creative designs in her position. She has willingly accepted and adopted the strategic alignment of Family of Faith's vision and mission of serving in excellence. Dary has worked in social services for 9 years and has experience in management for 2 years. She is passionate about helping others. She has worked in Family of Faith for 3 years and has brought innovation, quality and ingenuity.

MEET OUR RIGHTS and COMPLAINTS OFFICER: DARY ARTAVIA
Dary is a newcomer to our Rights and Complaints department. She dedicates her days to educating our individuals on their rights, as well listening and resolving all internal complaints. She works along side the team in encouraging open communication. She's versed in the knowledge of abuse, neglect, and exploitation education so that incidences are prevented, and occurrences are limited. She prides herself on handling complaints swiftly and with a plan of action.

Delores "Lois" completed 30 plus years experience as a SPED educator with FtWorthISD. Lois has been with FOFSP for five years. Lois is faithful to the call of enhancing the lives of the individuals who attend our Impact Learning Center. She incorporates peer interaction through Group sessions. Each student learns teachable skills and transferrable skills. The Impact Center infuses education, daily living skills, cultural awareness, and community engagement into every lesson.
